Received my shares from Schwab. So after all the phone calls to Schwab and AST aka now Equinity, I finally received my nextbridge stock certificate. The outcome was, no one knows what they are talking about. Update - I hold my Nextbridge shares in eTrade. I just electronically requested transfer to AST today. So eTrade will send electronically to AST (which is free) or they will send paper certificates (that costs $60). So it takes a few business days to process. If I receive paper certificates I need to directly register with AST myself.The Brokers need to press the DTCC and Finra to open trading on placeholders (or Nextbridge shares), and then issue a DTCC member demand to settle those trades that have have an open naked short position.
