Benelli looks better than Beretta (for me) It is more beautiful, and the finishing of Benelli is better, specially when looking into the wood forend. I also like the handling of it, and the inertia system in it. But I don't know if these things will make Benelli more expensive than Beretta and other good quality shotguns.It really works up the shots and makes the duck loads seem non existent. I was sitting in a blind on the coast when my Beretta and budddies Benelli went for a swim. Both gun were stripped and dried/oiled and put back into service. The Beretta may be heavier but it will have considerably less recoil than the Benelli because of the Kickoff. The SBE 3 has had some issues in the past with shooting a high Point of impact, and Benelli does not doo mutch to help if you get stuck witha bad one. If you like Benelli's, I would look for a nice used SBE 2 before buying the 3.
